G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4-modules verschijnen online

Het Engelse Overclockers UK heeft enkele varianten van de aankomende G.Skill Ripjaws 4 modules als pre-order aan hun webshop toegevoegd. Er zijn nu niet alleen meer details over het geheugen voorhanden, ook wordt deze informatie vergezeld door afbeeldingen. Daarnaast zijn de verschillende kleuropties zijn hierop zichtbaar, er kan gekozen worden tussen rode, blauwe of zwarte heatspreaders.

De modules, die bedoeld zijn voor het high-end Haswell-E platform, verschijnen in quad-channel kits met hierin vier modules. Er is de keuze tussen 16 GB (4x 4 GB) of 32 GB (4x 8 GB) en er zijn snelheden beschikbaar van DDR4-2400 tot en met DDR4-3000. Alle varianten beschikken over XMP 2.0 profielen om de geadverteerde snelheden eenvoudig in een UEFI BIOS toe te passen.
